Research interests
My work explores contemporary representations of the Cornish identity, through a focus on cultural performance and festival practice. I use a range of techniques – including auto-ethnography, interview, and archival work – to examine the relationship between cultural production and identity performance, and how both contribute to the historicization of Celtic identities.
