Summary

My main research interest is into headshaking in horses which is often due to a facial pain syndrome as a result of a diease of the trigeminal nerve.

Biography

Graduated in 2003 from the University of Cambridge, having previously graduated in Biology from the University of Oxford. Internship at the Royal Veterinary College equine hospital, then a 3 years residency in equine medicine at the University of Liverpool. Head of Medicine at Stromsholm equine referral hospital in Sweden. Started in October 2010 as Clinical Fellow in Equine Medicine at the University of Bristol.
