Dr Myles-Jay Linton


My research focuses on measuring and assessing changes in mental health and wellbeing. In 2019 I was awarded the Elizabeth Blackwell Institute's Vice Chancellor's Fellowship in Young People's Mental Health Research.

My background is a combination of psychology (Chartered Psychologist), Economics (PhD in the economics of wellbeing) and healthcare research (Post-doctoral reseearch at the Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care - West).

I was previously the Principal Investigator for an Economic and Social Research Council funded Knowledge Exchange project with a mental health charity (Second Step), and work closely with several other mental health organisations in the third sector.
