Emma Anderson is a Research Fellow from the Medical Research Council (MRC) Integrative Epidemiology Unit, University of Bristol, UK. She graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in Human Biology at Loughborough University (UK) in 2010 and obtained her PhD in Epidemiology in November 2014. Emma was recently awarded an MRC Skills Development fellowship to improve causal inference in the life course aetiology of dementia and cognitive decline. Her research will focus on using causal inference methods such as Mendelian Randomization to identify causal risk factors for dementia and cognitive decline.
