Summary

Activities / Findings

I have a background in neuroscience and epidemiology and I am interested in the molecular mechanisms underlying behaviour and mental health. My current research investigates the link between DNA methylation and children's neurodevelopment in the context of human population studies. Furthermore, I am interested in early life risk factors that hinder neurodevelopment, including prenatal and early postnatal exposures. For my research I use several approaches including methylome-wide association analyses as well as causal inference methods such as Mendelian randomisation.
