Biography

I graduated from University College Dublin in 2000 with a BA (hons) in Archaeology and Italian. Following a stint in commercial archaeology, I undertook a Masters in Landscape Archaeology at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2003. I returned to UCD in 2004, completing my PhD in 2007 with a thesis examining Neolithic settlement in Ireland. From 2007-2009, I oversaw the drafting of the Bend of the Boyne World Heritage Site Research Framework, working with the Heritage Council (Ireland).
