Biography

Since 2010 Senior Research Fellow in School of Physics

2007 - 2010 GWR Research Fellow in School of Physics

March 2001 - 2007 Post-Doctoral Research Assistant/Associate at University of Bristol

I was working for my Ph.D. at TU Bergakademie Freiberg (Freiberg, Germany) in the Institute of Theoretical Physics under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jochen Monecke. Mainly I was investigating porous III-V materials and structures obtained by electrochemical etching in GaP, GaAs, InP using Raman, PL and FTIR spectroscopy.
