PhD involved characterising the Fermiology of BaFe2P2 by studying de Haas-van Alphen oscillations as measured by the torque technique. This involved high fields (~18T) at low temperatures (~0.3K) using Bristol's 'Yellow magnet'.
Also lots of work was done measuring Hall and magnetroresistance of a wide range of BSCO2201 hole doped samples in high to very high fields at Bristol and Toulouse, France.
