Nina Boeger holds a first class degree in law from University College London and an LL.M. from the European University Institute in Florence. She is a qualified solicitor and a qualified German lawyer. Before joining Bristol Law School, she worked as a solicitor in international commercial law firms.
Nina's current research interest lies in the field of Corporate Governce, in particular the regulation and governance of social enterprises. She has received several grants and awards for her work including, most recently, a University of Bristol Research Fellowship and an early career grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
Nina teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Corporate Goverance and on European Union law, in the Law School.
She is also a member of the editorial advisory board of the German Law Journal.
