Ms Nina Boeger


Nina Boeger holds a first class degree in law from University College London and an LL.M. from the European University Institute in Florence. She is a qualified solicitor and a German lawyer. Before joining Bristol Law School, she worked as a solicitor in international commercial law firms. Nina's research considers the sustainable development of corporate law and governance, including the governance of social and cooperative enterprises. She has received several grants and awards for her work, both nationally and internationally. 

Nina is Director of the Law School's Centre for Law and Enterprise, and Editor of the Bristol Law Research Paper Series. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Corporate Goverance  in the Law School.
