Natalie Campbell is a barrister, called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. Natalie handled cases concerning the contractual liabilities of ship owners and charterers:- charterparty disputes in respect of hire, demurrage, speed and consumption, bunker quality and quantity, and damage to hull and machinery; operation of ships such as under shipbuilding and repair contracts, and supply of services and necessaries; defence of claims against the carrier arising under contracts of carriage and investigation and pursuit of available indemnity claims; investigation and handling of all other types of incidents and claims falling within the scope of shipowner’s or charterer’s P&I entry giving rise to liabilities or potential liabilities such as crew illness and injury, third party personal injury, pollution, damage to fixed and floating objects, collision, damage without collision, liabilities under towage contracts, fines, and wreck removal. Natalie also advised on the proper application of P&I Club rules and claims for outstanding premium.
