Biography

Sarah-Louise studied Geography at the University of Manchester from 2008-2011, where she developed a fascination for glaciers and all things ice. She followed up her interest with a masters in Polar and Alpine Change at the University of Sheffield where she conducted fieldwork related to her final thesis in Svalbard. In 2012, Sarah-Louise received a NERC-CASE Award with Thermo Fisher Scientific (Dionex Corporation) to fund her PhD at the Bristol Glaciology Centre, University of Bristol.
