Biography

I am a first-year PhD candidate in the School of Geographical Sciences, University of Bristol. I am researching the dynamics of Earth's winter polar vortices, and that of other planets - in particular using Martian reanalysis datasets to understand the annular shape of the northern hemisphere winter vortex, with supervisors Dr Dann Mitchell, Dr Will Seviour, and Professor Geoff Vallis (University of Exeter). I am funded as part of the NERC GW4+ DTP (https://www.nercgw4plus.ac.uk/).
