Research summary
In general I am interested in how situations and cues (e.g., threats) influence social cognition and behavior. For my master’s thesis I studied the relation between perceived social dangers and moral and political attitudes. My current studies aim to specify how perceptions of social dangers influence moral attitudes.
Biography
I studied social psychology (BSc cum laude, 2006; MSc cum laude, 2008) and philosophy of science (BA, 2008) at the University of Groningen. I moved to Bristol in the summer of 2009.
