Research summary

I am a tutor on the Foundation Year programme and teach on a variety of in-sessional courses, including English for Business.

Biography

I graduated from Exeter University where I subsequently obtained my PGCE. I also hold the Licentiate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Trinity College, London.

For 17 years I was Principal of a major private language school in Bristol. It specialised in English as a Foreign Language. This experience gave me the opportunity to explore many aspects of language teaching.
