Biography

As Director of the Centre for English Language and Foundation Studies (CELFS), I have both a strategic remit and an overall responsibility for all programmes run by the Centre.

I was educated at Leeds University, the London School of Economics (LSE) and King's College London. Prior to joining Bristol University in 2011, I was Deputy Director of the English Language Centre (King's College London), and an EAP co-ordinator at the LSE.
