Research summary

Machine learning and data mining concerned with learning a model from data which is called a training set in the training process and applying this model to a new data. However, this model is obtained in training conditions, which are called operating context that most probably change in other context. Thus, this model cannot be applied to these changes and re-training a new model is necessary.
