Research summary

After spending nearly 20 years in senior positions in the UK nuclear industry, I am now a Senior Research Fellow at the SSRC where I am carrying out research on the common cultural and organisational factors leading to accidents. Until 2005, I had been Corporate Head of Environment, Health and Safety Policy for British Nuclear Fuels. Previously, I was Head of Environment, Health, Safety and Quality for Magnox Electric.
