Biography

Dr Erdin Ibraim is Senior Lecturer of Civil Engineering since 2007 and was appointed as Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Bristol in 2000, joining the Geomechanics Group.  Prior to the current appointment, Dr Ibraim held a two year Research Assistantship position at the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat (ENTPE) of Lyon, France  working on the Seismic vulnerability of existing buildings: small amplitude in situ measurements and analytical formulation of the seismic integrity threshold.
