Research summary

My research centres on the design and fabrication of micro- and nanoscale structures to enhance the interactions between photons and matter. I am experienced in Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) modelling, transfer-matrix method (TMM), semi-analytical modelling, and fabrication of micro/nano-photonic devices using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) etching and two-photon lithography/polymerization. Currently, I am a researcher within the Dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and have led research utilising the 3D direct laser writing system at the Centre for Nanosciene and Quantum Information (NSQI).

Through the external collaboration (Prof. Dan Hewak and Dr. Kevin Huang, ORC, University of Southampton) I ...
