Biography

Born in Inverness in the north of Scotland and educated in Aberdeen (cold and highly radioactive) I headed south to warmer climbs (London) at the first opportunity to pursue a career in IT. Since 1984 I have had tasks ranging from COBOL programming to Web Server construction thrown at me though my specialities have been personal computing and PC networking. I moved to Bristol in September 2000 to take up my current post at the University and currently live in Portishead.
