Research summary

The Paired Peers project is a three year Leverhulme funded study of 80 students at the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England. The project's main aim is to consider the effects of social class on university experience within and between the two universities and to explore how the universities enable and further social mobility or contribute to re-enforcing the existing class structure.

Biography

I am a full-time research assistant on the Paired Peers Project of which Harriet Bradley is the principle investigator. I am also just completing an Msc in research methods at the University of Bristol. My dissertation was on the identities and experiences of local students at UWE and UOB. Prior to this I completed a Bsc at the University of Bristol in Sociology.
