Summary

I work for Medical Physics and Bioengineering at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. I hold honorary status at the University of Bristol and I am currently an NIHR/HEE postdoctoral research fellow (project - Neuroimaging Analysis in Dementia – Training for Clinicians and Novel Hardware Phantom Development).

  • Development of novel SPECT, PET, x-ray CT and MRI simulation phantoms using the subresolution sandwich method and 3D printing.
  • Voxel- and ROI-based analysis of ASL and resting state fMRI data.
  • Voxel-based analysis of single subject x-ray CT, regional cerebral blood flow SPECT and FDG PET in dementia including hydrocephalus
  • Voxel- and ROI-based analysis of MRI and PET data in deep brain stimulation for treatment resistant depression.
  • Voxel-based morphometry, cortical thickness analysis and hippocampal volumetry applied to structural MRI in dementia and epilepsy
