Biography

Christine Burren is a Consultant in Paediatric Diabetes, Endocrinology and Bone at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Bristol. She trained and undertook earlier research projects in Melbourne, Portland Oregon and London. Through her clinical work leading one of the largest children's diabetes clinics in England, she is motivated to find ways to help patients improve their diabetes control for better long term health.
