Areas of expertise |
My area of expertise is in satellite remote sensing of the polar regions and, in particular, the great ice sheets of Antarctica and Greenland.
I am currently working on combining observations with numerical models of ice and the climate system to investigate how the polar regions will change with global climate change and how this might affect the rest of the planet.

Media experience |
I have conducted interviews for the radio (BBC and local radio) and for television documentaries. My data sets have also been used in documentaries and in national press release material.
