Areas of expertise |
My major areas of research are 1) international relations theory, particularly as applied to the critical analysis of cold war and post-cold war U.S. foreign policy, 2) the coercive policing practices underpinning neoliberal globalization and their relation, or not, to U.S. empire, and 3) the representation of world politics and U.S. foreign policy in popular culture, and especially in science fiction.
