| Areas of expertise | I have 20 years' experience of research into financial services from a consumer standpoint. This includes major studies of: banking, credit and debt, savings, money advice services, insurance and financial literacy. All my research is undertaken to inform policy development by Government, commercial financial services and others with an interest in the provision of financial services to consumers. I have a particular interest in the needs of low-income consumers. |
