Areas of expertise |
I research and lecture in the subject of rotary wing aircraft, particularly helicopters and autogyros. I am also the resident Westland Helicopters Research Fellow and work at Westlands (Yeovil) two days each week.
I am project leader on a number of national helicopter research campaigns and I annually run two one-week short courses on Helicopter Design.
I am a Director of "Rotary Wing Innovations Limited", a Bristol University spin-out company which I founded in 2001 primarily to design and build a new form of autogyro.
