I specialise in analysis of the law relating to rationing of access to healthcare treatments and services, and the human right to health. I have a particular interest in the work of the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). I also research topics in public health law and policy, with a particular interest in the impact of climate change on public health. I also have expertise in constitutional reform and judicial review.
