Areas of expertise |
My research focuses on the intersection of international relations theory with international political thought and 20th century continental philosophy. Currently I am exploring different dimensions, conceptually as well as practically, of trust and fear in the international realm. I am also working on a reconceptualisation of the notion of death, focusing specifically on instances of politically motivated mass death in the 20th century. My research takes a broad interdisciplinary approach, drawing on sociology, philosphy, political and social theory, as well as international relations.
