| Areas of expertise | Currently, my main interests are in the field of language. I am working with Jeff Bowers and Sven Mattys in the language group on an ESRC funded project looking at the impact of early language experience on later language ability. We are interested in investigating whether populations exposed to a subsequently 'lost' language show benefits in perceiving and potentially understanding subtle auditory differences in that language later on in life. As well as this I'm aiding Hans Stadthagen with his current research. |
