Areas of expertise |
I am interested in Aegean prehistory and the history of Aegean Bronze Age studies. I am also interested in Minoan Archaeology, especially the archaeology of Knossos. Other areas I focus on are ceramics, Bronze Age Anatolia and Anatolian/Aegean interaction. Finally, I teach material culture to undergraduates.
I have organised several international conferences, workshops, and symposia. I have also worked on many excavations, surveys, and other archaeological projects in Italy, Crete, Jordan, and Turkey.
