Areas of expertise |
At Master's level I specialised in cryptography and my PhD thesis deals with speeding up subgroup cryptosystems, a topic I continued to work on after joining the University of Bristol as a postdoctoral researcher. I branched out to other areas of cryptology, including post-quantum cryptosystems. I conducted research on various theoretical aspects of hash functions for four years at EPFL in Switzerland. I am now a Computer Science lecturer here at the University of Bristol.
