My main research interests are the application of digital signal processing techniques to remote sensing, in particular to weather radar systems, the analysis of the variation of the vertical radar reflectivity profile associated with precipitation events, the development of dual-polarization radar to improve the estimation of precipitation and real-time flood forecasting.
