Melissa - Epidemiology
I was a mature student who opted to work part-time whilst studying full-time. I was comforted by the fact that teaching for my chosen course was on set days, meaning I could continue in my job two days a week throughout the duration of my course. Many students have other life commitments alongside their studies, so having a set schedule for teaching is a huge benefit.
Jevvy - Medical Statistics and Health Data Science
The broad range of topics that we covered, all taught by excellent lecturers and researchers, allowed me to develop a practical toolkit that can be applied in both industry and academia, this combined with the support of my peers and the department led to a wonderful experience.
Jayden - MRes Health Sciences
"I chose to study at Bristol as I had the best gut feeling from meeting with the Programme Directors prior to applying. I was reassured by the extensive catalogue of researchers and projects that were available to complete and was impressed by the teaching component of the degree."
