This unit will review the latest substantial thinking on the subject of leadership in organisations. Much has been written on the subject so it is necessary to consider strategic leadership, the kind that should take place in organisational top teams, as the main area of focus. At the same time, personal experience of being a leader or being led will be used to build students&� understanding of the subject.
