The module aims to introduce delegates to the relevant legal regime so that they can have increased awareness in their professional lives of the possible legal consequences of their actions. On completion of the module, delegates will: Appreciate the legal hazards relating to contract law; Acquire an understanding of liability matters worldwide; Be able to take the necessary practical steps to minimise the chances of liability.
