Description including Unit Aims

Creativity is a fundamental element of all our private and business lives. Without fresh ideas and subsequent implementation we do not move forward. This highly interactive unit is designed to provide students with an insight into innovation & creativity from the motivational, organisational, process and ideation perspectives. The unit is taught using cases, lectures, group work and discussion to maximise learning opportunities.
