Description including Unit Aims

Having studied non-intrusive techniques in Unit 1, this Unit will examine those techniques particularly associated with archaeological excavation. This will include the principles of archaeological stratigraphy, site recording, finds recording and processing, post-excavation analysis, drawing and dating techniques.
