On the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics pathway of the International Foundation Programme you will take classes to improve your English, academic skills and subject knowledge. The units you will be allocated will depend on the degree you plan to study and may include Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Psychology or Biomedical Sciences.

You will need a minimum GCSE grade B or equivalent in Mathematics and a Science subject.

English language requirements
If English is not your first language, you need to have one of the following:
- IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.0 in each part of the test
- If progressing to Psychology or Veterinary Science - IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in writing and 5.0 in each part of the test
- An alternative English Language qualification
