Awards of £1,500 are available yearly and paid directly to students in two equal instalments.

Eligibility

You must be a fully registered student to apply for this bursary.

You can apply if you are:

• a current Home/UK, full-time undergraduate, studying for your first degree.
• acare leaver or estranged from your parents or have no living parents.
• aged under 25 on 1 September of the year you start your course.

You can apply by completing the Bristol Standalone Bursary online application form.

Applications for the 2025/26 academic year open on 15 September 2025.
