FAB Kids has been designed with children's education in mind. The workshop is closely aligned with the Learning Objectives of the Primary National Curriculum.
Specifically, the workshop explores elements of:
- Sc1: Scientific Enquiry;
- Sc2: Life Processes and Living Things;
- Physial Education;
- Personal, Social and Health Education.

What is really unique about FAB Kids is the evidence base underpinning the workshop. The workshop and supporting materials build on years of health-based research conducted by experts in the Centre for Exercise, Nutrition and Health Sciences.
