Exercise mats

For covid-19 sanitation reasons we are currently asking Fitness Class and B:Active Campus class attendees to bring their own mat (where the session requires it), rather than providing shared mats. Mats are also available to buy at the ISC Welcome Desk for £18.

It's great to have such a variety of classes where students can discover their favourite ways to stay active. B:Active Campus gave me a chance to play sports I hadn't thought about since primary school. Joining B:Active sessions is a great way for beginners to try new sports and fitness classes, gain confidence and make new friends!
