I joined the University of Bristol Swim School in 2016 as a Level 2 Swimming Teacher. As a junior I swam competitively in Devon and progressed to play waterpolo for 10 years and represented the South West region.

I aim to bring smiles, energy and enthusiasm to all my sessions. I have experience teaching under the Swim England Stage pathway and valuable experience teaching with a local competitive swimming club progressing children from learn to swim to club swimming. In 2019 I completed my Swim England coaching qualifications Level 1 and 2 and this brings added depth to my abilities.

In addition to teaching with the University Swim School I also coach an adult masters swimming club at the University pool. I take pride in giving all my swimmers the opportunity to excel whether on a 1:1 basis, learn to swim group programme or competitive squad.

I love to incorporate fun into my lessons and help the swimmer to understand the 'how and why'
