B:Active at Home

Open to all our students, staff and the entire #WeAreBristol community!

Our new B:Active at Home timetable offers you suggested activities for you to do each day to keep healthy during the lockdown, with our lovely instructors filming classes from their homes, Les Mills workouts, and a couch-to-5k plan for you to follow. 

Please don't feel you have to do everything, everyday, think of it as more of a 'serving suggestion', and fit these activities around your routine during the week. 

We'll be publishing updated timetables each week so lookout for new videos and exclusive #StayInWorkOut content.
