We offer a wide range of quality exercise classes to suit everyone's abilities. Read our class descriptions.

Off-peak access is from 7am to 3:30pm weekdays and all weekend. On-Peak = anytime access.

Classes take place in the Indoor Sports Centre's studios 1,2 & 3 and the Sports Hall, plus the Swimming Pool at Bristol SU and Coombe Dingle Sports Complex.

The new autumn timetable features 100+ classes per week.

Virtual classes

Studio 1 is home to our Les Mills Virtual Studio featuring a 4k projection system, interactive lighting and top sound system.

These virtual classes include five of the most popular classes from the international Les Mills programme; Body Balance, RPM, Body Combat, GRIT and CX WORX. The classes are delivered on-screen by the best instructors in the world, featuring a live audience environment.

The class content is updated on a quarterly basis to ensure it's never boring and you can maximise your results. The system allows us to increase the number of classes we offer, helping you to find and book a class to suit you.


Classes can be booked via the online portal. They may be subject to change or cancellation, please check the booking portal for the latest information.  If you are new to a class or have any injuries, please arrive early to speak with the instructor prior to the class. Classes can be attended on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Marcia is such a brilliant instructor, her classes help me to release stress and make me feel confident in my own skin.
