Who we can talk to

We cannot give information about an applicant to a third party without their permission. We can only talk to:

  • The applicant
  • The applicant’s nominated contact, as specified on their UCAS application
  • A person who the applicant gives verbal consent for us to talk to on the phone.

Requesting a change to your application

You can request to change your course or defer or un-defer your start date using your applicant dashboard. Your personalised dashboard link is included in the acknowledgement email sent to you when you first applied to us.
