Who we can talk to

We cannot give information about an applicant to a third party without their permission. We can only talk to:

  • The applicant
  • The applicant’s nominated contact, as specified on their UCAS application
  • A person who the applicant gives verbal consent for us to talk to on the phone.

Requesting a change to your application

You can request to change your course or defer or un-defer your start date via your application dashboard. Your personalised dashboard link is included in the acknowledgement email sent to you when you first applied to us. Find out more about what to do if you change your mind.
