Exploring the Nexus of Gambling in Irregular Migration: A Study of Nigerian Returned Migrants

This research will involve conducting interviews with identified returned migrants in Edo and Lagos state of Nigeria.  The interviews aim to explore the nexus of Gambling in Irregular Migration and therefore assess the Nigerian returned migrants’ experiences, involvement, context and dynamics of gambling in the transit or destination of their migration.  The response will help recommend the type of support that could be provided to returned migrants as part of their reintegration programme and psychosocial support to reduce gambling related harm in post migration.
