TARG researchers, including Dr Robyn Wootton, have published a study int he Psychological Medicine.
A new study led by researchers from TARG has found that tobacco smoking may increase your risk of developing depression and schizophrenia. The study, titled Evidence for causal effects of lifetime smoking on risk for depression and schizophrenia: a Mendalian randomisation study was published on the 6th November 2019 in Psychological Medicine. The paper has received wide spread news coverage with over 300 articles being written.
