TARG researcher joins HEB research group

TARG PhD student Carlos Sillero joins Health Economics Bristol (HEB) research group to work with CLAHRC on optimal care
We are happy to announce that Carlos Sillero, Research Associate and PhD student from TARG, has been successful in his application for a five years Research Associate position in the Bristol Medical School in collaboration with the National Institute for Health Research Applied Research Collaboration West (NIHR CLAHRC West). He will join the Health Economics Bristol (HEB) research group to work in several projects, particularly in relation to the CLAHRC work on optimal care.
Carlos has been working in TARG for three years in several projects. Lately, he has been working alongside Olivia Maynard and researchers from the National University of Colombia to provide local evidence to implement the use of plain packaging and larger pictorial health warnings in Colombia cigarette packets. He is looking forward to strengthening links between CLAHRC and TARG for future projects.
